Experience the magic of winter at Ithaca Children’s Garden during the enchanting Festival of Fire & Ice. This free* event transforms the Garden into a winter wonderland, offering a variety of activities for families to enjoy the season’s beauty and magic.

  • Spectacular Fire Performances: Watch the garden illuminate with a dazzling fire show by local professionals as the sun sets.
  • Interactive Snow Fun: Dive into exciting activities led by ICG’s garden educators.
  • Hot Chocolate Cauldron: Savor our famed hot chocolate, a tradition that warms all ages.
  • Winter Wildlife Discovery: Learn fascinating facts about winter wildlife with New York State Parks educators.
  • Arctic Animal Parade: March in a visually stunning procession celebrating cold-weather creatures.

A Community Celebration!

Join us to celebrate winter’s charm in Ithaca or the broader Finger Lakes area. Admission is free, and donations are welcome to support our community-funded garden’s growth.
