Morning Yoga
Start by standing tall and still like a mighty oak tree – with your arms reaching wide like branches. Then, bend down and touch your toes, with your arms loose like a waterfall. Next, come onto all fours with your hands and feet on the ground like a dog stretching their back after a long nap (downward facing dog). Then, bring your knees to the ground and arch your back, with your belly facing the ground, like a cow letting out a big long “mooOooOoo.” Finish by taking a moment (or many) to lie still like a possum playing dead and take a few deep breaths in and out.
