Animal Tracking

Animal tracking can help you realize that there are always creatures around, even when you’re feeling lonely! When you’re out walking, invite your child to look around to see what prints they can find. If your child doesn’t know what made the track, invite them to use their imagination and come up with their own guess! Was it a raccoon bandit looking to steal a treasure from your trashcan (like ICG Philanthropy Associate Tori Chamberlin discovered in the adjacent video)? Stretch your imagination! Was it a unicorn galloping through your yard looking for some butterflies to dance with? Looking for tracks and prints will make you realize that you have more neighbors keeping you company than you probably thought.
