Bulbs symbolize hope and the cycle of life. Labyrinths have been used for centuries by many cultures around the world to promote healing and meditation. The labyrinth at Ithaca Children’s Garden is a beautiful, peaceful, uplifting, and sensory experience for all to enjoy, in times of great joy, and in times of grief. The labyrinth provides room for community engagement and healing and allows individuals to bring their own interpretation and meaning to their visit.
This unique garden was built with 1,180 labor hours from 320 volunteers who came and helped turn this vision into a real place for our community to enjoy for generations.
