ICG is launching a new lottery registration system this year designed for less stress and more accessibility. The lottery opens February 12 and closes February 25.
February 12: lottery opens
February 25: lottery closes at midnight
March 2: you will be notified of your camps
March 9: deadline to confirm your camps
March 12: all remaining spaces available first come, first serve
1. Log on any time Feb 12-Feb 25.
- Complete your registration information and your child’s information, rank your camp choices, and apply for a scholarship if interested. You will be asked to indicate how many weeks of camp per child you are seeking: (1, 2, or 3), and rank the order of week preference.
You will have the option to rank additional camps if you wish (for consideration in the event your first choices are not available).
Please note each child is limited to a maximum of 3 camp weeks per summer.
2. Make a deposit.
- Make a *deposit of $50 per family (or $30 for scholarship families), regardless of how many weeks of camp, how many children, or what ages.
After Feb 25, it’s our turn! ICG will add camps to your registration cart and notify you via email by 4pm on Monday, March 2nd. If you’ve applied for a scholarship, your scholarship award will be reflected in your cart as well.
3. Mar 2-Mar 9 log on to COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
- Confirm your camp weeks and either pay in full or set up a payment plan by Mar 9. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from setting up a payment plan by March 9th, contact us before March 9th to make arrangements. Any camp spaces that have not been confirmed/filled by March 9th will be reopened on March 12th at 10am on a first come, first served basis.
*What happens to my deposit? Your deposit will be applied to the cost of your first week of camp. In the event that none of your ranked camps are available, your deposit will be refunded. If you choose NOT to complete registration (STEP 3 above), your deposit will NOT be refunded.
